Life Coach
Life Coaching will help you identify goals, overcome obstacles, and create actionable plans for personal and/or spiritual growth. A session can include prayer and spiritual practices in addition to creating an achievable plan for growth. Whether navigating everyday life, career challenges, relationships, or deepening faith, Life Coaching provides you with support, accountability, and encouragement to help individuals live more fulfilling and purpose-driven life.
Splankna
If you are in the NWA area, Splankna sessions are a great way to process traumas in a way that heals - Mind, Body, and Soul. Splankna is a biblically based, mind-body tool for inner healing. Splankna clears trauma emotions out of the body with the combination of touch and thought. We also identify lies and vows from the enemy that are associated with these traumas and clear them through forgiveness, confession, and repentance. Prayer is an integral part of the Splankna. *In person only.
Touch for Health
Touch for Health is a holistic modality rooted in the principles of traditional Chinese medicine of energetic meridian lines. It utilizes muscle testing to identify imbalances in the body's energy flow and employs gentle, non-invasive methods to restore balance and promote well-being. Touch for Health aims to optimize physical, emotional, and mental health. It’s a great compliment to Splankna or can be booked separately.

About Lindsay
I’ve been on my own healing journey for the last three years. While working on my physical healing, I started Splankna with my friend from college, Amy. After years of traditional talk therapy that didn’t get me as far as I wanted to go, Splankna that helped push me into a new level of emotional and spiritual healing. I absolutely love this modality and how it has helped people heal from years of being stuck in trauma and unforgiveness.
